Greetings Redemption Fleet Members,

I'm very happy that today I am able to announce a new Commanding Officer for the Rebel Squadrons' Star Wars Galaxies Player Association! Although I received several excellent applications, one applicant stood out from the pack. I'm happy to announce that Major General Wes "Gizmo" Belden, formerly the PA's Executive Officer, will now be the Commanding Officer!

Giz has been deeply involved in the RS' SWG efforts from the beginning, and was in fact the first CO back before the game was released. He's since served as XO, and so he's been very involved. He has many great plans for our PA, and I look forward to seeing him accomplish those.

Lastly, I would like to extend a special thank you to all that applied for this position. It's always nice to know that people are interested in helping out.
